Since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in 2003, I have worked with adult and older people across health, social care and private practice.

As an OT and a moving and handling trainer I am passionate about enabling people to live as independently as possible , within their homes, care settings and communities. I can offer people

• Moving and handling assessments

• Assessment and advice for specialist equipment

• Assessments, recommendations and specifications of work for major and minor adaptations of the home. Liaising with reputable companies to deliver the work

• Supporting both people living with dementia and cognitive impairments and their carers

• Reablement following ill health
